Elder Secrets states that the days are 12 hours long. It however has been gregged by the GRAY which states solstices occur.
The Longest Day occurs at Yelm's High Holy Day (ie Fire day, Harmony Week in Fire Season) and is 16 hours long. The Shortest Day would then occur in Fireday, Illusion Week of Dark Season and is a mere 8 hours long.

IMO Ikadz is an evil god rather than a chaotic one. That which hurts others make us stronger is his creed. As well as being found in Peloria, Ikadz-type gods are known in Fonrit and Kralorela and are state-supported (the Huan-To also worship Ikadz but it is unknown whether they are state functionaries).
