How can I get a hold of ToTRM 14 & 15?

Does anyone have any helpful advice?

I sent a check to David Gadbois in September and never heard back. A month ago I emailed Mr Gadbois to tell him to cancel my order and then I called up Wizard's Attic and they said they should be getting some in sometime. Clearly sometime has not yet arrived. I'm in the US, does anyone know how I can get a hold of these two issues?
