In addition to Jeff Richard's criteria of waha worship and proper butchery,
the key piece of data that would identify the giraffe riders as a lost
tribe would be the ability of their giraffes to subsist on the flora of
Prax and the Wastes. Animals which were not part of the covenant can NOT
subsist solely on Praxian flora.
