Or at any rate, the merciful brevity of it; a lot of these will become "Name of NPC; Ability he'll be using in the encounter -- next!".

Mind you, I often felt Chaosium overdid this, even by the rules-heavy standards of RQ. Granted some of them were written up in enough depth to be "reusable", but many... the eyes slipped off the page, frankly.
