Well, that's a very different matter, certainly. Eye-poking-out is not generally the order of the day -- the danger is more that there will be an _almighty_ stramash between the two clans involved at the implied affront to the injured party (which doubtless makes Orlanthi divorces endless hours of "fun", too). Plus of course one has just broken a personal vow, and the precepts of a sacred ritual, as well as the above "contract", so if one is in any sort of Orlanth or Ernalda religious position, your name (and magic) is kinda mud, too.
Of course, as we know, oral sex doesn't counmt. *duck!* ;-)
