Additions to the Campaign Pages

The following additions have been made to my campaign pages at "http://www.people.cornell.edu/pages/bjm10/rq.html":

Some notes on food of the early 17th century along the Zola Fel. A new Zorak Zoran divine spell.
A set of proportional-width 72-point size Rune gifs, transparent background and interlaced, each rune to a single file (warning, the page can take some time to load).
A proper Lhankor-Mhy style calendar listing every seasonal holy day and high holy day that I've discovered, including contradictory and competing listings without bothering to note which comes from which source.
