Without checking my index, the only detail on Adari I remember is from Tales #1, refuted in Tales #3 by Oliver Dickinson, and recently in Drastic:Darkness. Incidental info can be found in the Pavis history (also RoC) and Troll Pak, which even has maps for Adari's neighboring troll town Staghorn. I seem to recall that Biturian Varosh's marriage took place there, so check out the website or CoP.
Tales #03 has the most detailed description, and comes with a city map. It was included in the recent ring-bound re-"print" distributed at Convulsion, and the Megagorp might still have some.
The best map for the environment is that from Troll Pak.
