Yes, my mistake...I was thinking of another book entirely. Now why I
chose to confuse *that* book and its author with the Malleus Maleficarum
when it would have been much easier to confuse Guazzo and his Compendium
Maleficarum with it instead is just something I'll have to personally
wrestle with :)...
