If I've gotten it right now, then each of the tribes herd their own animal, but sometimes they raid other beasts which they usually just eat and don't for breeding.
Right?
And Prax is pretty barren but the magic of Waha makes them live there after all. Sounds reasonable to me.
I will check out some Ecology textbook as suggested by Richard Crawley. Good idea! And I think that Keith N's suggestion of viewing Prax as a cross between an african savannah and a western movie made a lot of sense!
But one thing made me wonder, when he said that he had to "break a digest rule" and agree with me that the "Postcards from Glorantha" wasn't that useful. Are there any rules I should know?
Well, I guess I go back and read some more and return talking when I know a little bit more.
