Ian Thomson has pointed me at the description of
'The Seven Hells' in Drastic: Darkness. According to this,
the first Hell has the 'Dark Waters' also known as the Styx,
which is also the Black Sea and all the other bodies of water
found in the underworld. It seems that what aspect of it you
find when you go there depends on how you approach it.
