Zzabur can, yes.

But this doesn't mean that the Invisible God is measurable and knowable as such according to every Western sect, nor that all Westerners conceive Him as "all that is knowable", nor that He is in fact the Center of Creation (He isn't).

That would depend entirely on the tenets of your Faith. Much of RW Protestantism has historically founded itself on precisely the opposite idea (which has of course been rubbished by a more realistic understanding of our brains, ie how little information they can actually contain). (No such limitation in Glorantha though)
