Hi All,
Just to clarify a few things about the UZ book. The book is written by James
Frusetta, who is working on the Issaries UZ books. However the UZ book by
Issaries, which will contain lots and lots of big secrets, full cults and
gallons of new information is way down their production schedule. The
Unspoken Word felt that all the people who love UZ needed somthing sooner, to
fill your empty bellies as it were.
UZ - Trolls of Glorantha is an introduction to these wonderful creatures.
Some of the information is based upon Trollpak, which is a wonderful
resource. However their is lots of new information, in a shorter form than
will be published by Issaries Inc., just like the cult write ups in the Hero
Wars rule books make the cults playable, but don't go into tiny detail. The
later Issaries projects will greatly expand our knowledge of UZ (the last
time I heard the UZ project may extend to two or three books, like the
Sartarites have.
On a personal note, I am really looking forward to the Uz book, it has new art, new cults and lots of PLAYABLE information, I have been missing the Dark Men in my Hero Wars campaign. Also don't forget - Not everyone has Trollpak etc.
