In fact while this (rape) is true of many ducks (and other waterfowl) many species engage in harmonious pair-bonds. Durulzi are probably also variable...

More interestingly avian "penises" (actually not true penises at all but a phallic extension of the cloaca) are not limited to waterfowl. Amoungst others that have one are the ostrich - does this have implications for a a certain group of Praxian pygmies?
