Most people, IMO. The effects which ended each Age were pretty much worldwide, so most Gloranthans would have an understanding of them. They might disagree as to when, exactly, each Age finished, but they'd have broad agreement on the subject. For instance the end of the Second Age might be the Dragonkill for one group of people, the Closing for another, and the fall of Errinoru's Empire for a third, but all these events occurred at roughly the same time, so that everyone can agree there was an Imperial Age of some kind (there were several big empires at the time, pretty much covering the whole world between them) that ended round about the 12th century.

Some of the more isolated cultures, such as the Praxians, might put much less emphasis on the idea than others, though. And there'll be groups like the broo, that just don't care :)
