Sorry, what part of "take the legal flamewar elsewhere" do you not understand? Long discussions of copyright law are off topic here, and anyone else making any comment (however reasonable or brief) will find themselves moderated.

If you wish to discuss the Issaries Publication Policy, keep it polite and focused. Speculation about UK law from uninformed people (which as far as I can make out is everyone) is not helpful.
