A family returning from a visit to the Tanaharts were slain by Praxian Sable Riders. Only the young boy, Derik, survived. We conducted a divination. The god-talkers said that Derik would grow to be strong and wise. He would leave us, and would become known as a great hero. He would bring death to a deathbringer, laying him under a cairn of skulls. He would found a new people, a nation of outsiders, and would bring honor to the clan. Derik, whose family was slain by Sable Riders, became a singleminded young warrior, unpopular with the older weaponthanes. We told the weaponthanes to let him be. They remembered that pride is an Orlanthi virtue, and not a fault. They promised to cease their grumbling, and look to Derik as a model of good behavior. Derik Single-Path told us he was leaving to seek new challenges. We gave him a parting magical blessing. He thanked us for our generosity. "Your blessings will aid me in my journey," he said. "It will be a long one, because I do not know exactly what I am looking for. Perhaps, after I find it, I will come back here and tell you what it was." Then he took his leave of us. Derik Furman, now the leader of a band of nomad warriors, sought our help in the battle against Jaldon Goldentooth. We lent him warriors. He praised our clan as brave and wise. Our warriors left with him the next day.
Derik Furman's warriors brought him into our clan hall, gravely wounded. He had slain Jaldon Goldentooth. We tried to magically heal Derik. He regained consciousness a few days later. Within a week, he was able to stand. Within two weeks, he was able to spar with his warrior companions.
Derik left us, but before he went he offered us a gift. We asked for a treasure. Derik gave us a Hunting Horn, one which would help us find what we sought.

Otra cosa, respecto a lo que hablábamos de Humakt vs Orlanth, aqui os pongo la Heroquest de Humakt realizada por una heroina llamada Elgane:

Elgane began the Humakt the Champion heroquest. Elgane saw Eurmal stab Grandfather Mortal with the new thing called Death. She taunted Eurmal and took the sword called Death while Eurmal blustered. Elgane's family protested her plan to sever her ties to them. Elgane said, "I must cut myself off from kindliness and love, for I have terrible deeds to perform." Elgane severed her ties to her kin, becoming a stranger. Orlanth came to Humakt and demanded the Death weapon. Elgane told Orlanth, "You will never rule Death." Orlanth would not give up the sword, and so the two of them fought. Orlanth was not slain, but many of his thanes were. Orlanth came back and treated Elgane like a cottar. Elgane told Orlanth that many of his kin would soon die. Elgane refused to accept the cottar's role, and so the two of them fought. Orlanth was not slain, but many of his carls were. Orlanth came back again, treating Elgane like a carl. Elgane said that her severing of clan ties couldn't be reversed. They fought for four days and four nights. Orlanth was not slain, but many of his cottars and thralls were. Finally, Orlanth and Elgane became tired beyond mortal reckoning, and could not go on. Those slain in the battle between Elgane and Orlanth became undead creatures and attacked. Elgane told Orlanth that only she could be trusted to fight undead, but the undead regrouped. It took a day and a night for Elgane to destroy them all. Orlanth created a special position for her and told her they were partners. Then Orlanth humbly asked for the sword of Death. Elgane gave Orlanth the sword. Elgane returned to the land of mortals from her successful quest.
