That's why the game is called "Hero Wars", not "Sloth Wars". Sorry, I couldn't resist that, your point is valid. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it, though. As a referee, I'd make the sloth's player roll on the "Slow" ability, unless they had another ability that was equally, or almost equally, appropriate. Whether or not to allow use of a particular ability is always a judgement call on behalf of the referee. Some decisions are obvious, others less so, like this one.
