If size is a fundamentally positive thing, its an ability or at least a bonus. If its a negative thing, its a flaw - and flaws are essentially undefined, at narrators discretion, kind of things (if you have the flaw tiny, the narrator can decide to give you a handicap when clubbing someone, for example). Size may well constitute both for many.
