The point was that I was saying that because you used Strength with an improvisational mod that it shouldn't be treated as 'Related to session'. Therefore the cost should be 2 HP (if allowed, IMO, or possibly more).

However, your point about Cementing the benefit was something that I hadn't understood. Thanks for the clarification.
