Neither. Both lost. If the chart says "Both forfeit" then there was no winner.

The winner doesn't lose AP (unless the die rolls were Failure+Fumble).

No. If you want to cause a wound, your opponent must have a Forfeit or Transfer of 7 AP or more. If he only forfeits 6 AP, you don't get to wound him.
