HQ volunteers?

Hiya

I'm working towards the end of a fan submission for Issaries that Greg has expressed solid interest in seeing

However, I am totally unfamiliar with the structure of HQ carry overs. I've looked at it a couple of times, and am still unfamiliar with them :(

Due to pressure of other work, not laziness ...
(I always say this, and its always true) :)
... I don't currently have the time to learn these rules, as much other work
(editing, revising, restructuring) is still demanding my attention.

I would be very happy for someone to act as advisor in this regard, and come on board as a credited assistant.

I envisage we are looking at only 1-2 hours work for someone who knows the HW HQ carryover rules well
