Any valid contest entry should be do-able under the Hero Band & Guardian Being rules.

Try not to make things too complex. There's only so much detail one can get in a small cult. Its sort of like expecting Roman Senate style goverment to arise in a populace no larger than the average high-school.... (a la Harn). Some things look good on paper that just don't make sense in practice.
