Oh, I LIKE the Wealth system, it's much easier than cash for everything. I LIKE being able to forget petty expenses, and abstract purchases & bribes. But if my character is expected to pay a 10-cow wereguild*, I'd like a way to figure out what that means on his character sheet! 4 cows = 1 horse, but after 4 we have no guidelines.
It is NOT the Wealth system I object to (barring a couple of strange effects), it's the lack of connection between the character and the player.
