Depends on how outre the ability is. I didn't bat an eye when one
player wanted to be able to talk to Alynxes. I have allowed Fly but
I've treated it as the magical affinity. I'm willing to decide if its
a single trick (pay for a feat) or a complex ability (pay as
affinity).
This is only for Theists now. The Animist, since he's ALL talents, is
handled a bit differently (he got a few talents at start that were
'funky')
