Thanks for all the advice guys.

Inevitably I was expecting players to have cash pass through their hands which does have different connotations to a wealth rating. If the players find a pot with 1000L in it buried on their land then that's what I'll call it and not a pot of +10 wealth. I'll simply assume that all coinage contains precious metals and that the 1000L "description" of the wealth rating will lead to varying levels of gain. If they were Dara Happen then +1000L is +1000L but for an Orlanthi it's a pot of gold in small uniform pieces unless he can come to an arrangement with somebody who can "convert" it at a more preferable rate, say an Issaries trader who visits the Empire often enough to be able to use the coins who can give you credit for 6 Cows. (cementing the benefit no doubt).

What's an appropriate sacrifice to speed the arrival of Herowars, Goodyear Tyres?
