If Geo Normal can reduce Harrek's free mastery bumps enough to make him fumble, something impressive is indeed happening.

Critical vs. Critical is a *far* more common occurrence, because even uber-masters can't stop their opponent from rolling a critical. (Nobody gets "bumped down" in Hero Wars As She Is Spoke). YGMV, YMMV, etc.
