list activities and anti spam efforts

The move to 'moderate new users' has gone well, both HeroWars lists stopping probably 1 spam per week.

Ok, it's only a drop in the bucket but we're making headway. :)

Just a note however, many of these spam emails are "new pics posted" or "new website up!". Now, I don't like being virus-infected or popup-stomped any more than anyone, but I didn't want to delete a HW-  relevant site by accident, so I've been checking the links.

>From now on, just a public note: unless there is an obvious hero wars
or gloranthan referent in the posted url, title, or text of the posting, I'm just going to delete it without looking.
