Unusual Orlanthi

I have in my campaign an unusual Orlanthi and I don't know how to classify him according to TR-ST (but I need to, since he worships in heortling lands even if he is not of heortling stock himself).

As a matter of rules, I placed him in Orlanth Adventurous-Destor classification but I'm not convinced.

He is the guy with 4WWW in crossbow, likes to strike by ambush and to snipe enemies (usually Lunars), is armed with a long kite shield and a bastard sword (legacy of RQ3 but the player is fond of it).

How would you classify him, according to TR-ST and consider that he is a devotee.
