Is there some reason why they *wouldn't* normally apply all possible augments before going into a fight, then?

I didn't, no. I assumed they were already at the level they were at for some good reason, and that I'd misunderstood the numbers somewhere.

But I did look at them and notice a lack of Devotees, which might explain why they're not using as many Feats as we tend to?

And in fact, in the unlikely event that it came to a fight, our specialisation would count against us, I think. Yes, our CC is good. But "ambush"? What's one of them?
