I can neither confirm nor deny this, as it was not in the GTA handouts at Toronto/Tentacles (NDA problems).
Stuff in the GTA handouts we can talk freely about, the rest of the rules are off-limits for specific details. So, for example, we can't talk about the nitty-grotty of the rules for Sorcery until the book hits the streets, though we can talk about Animism and Theism in detail, as those rules are in the Hero-level GTA handout. (I'm not sure if they were included in the other GTA handouts, but if the rules are in the Hero level ones, we can talk specifics).
I'm kinda skirting the edge even so far as I've gone...
