First off I am an old school Runequest player. I think Runequest and now HeroWars have so much more...class than these generic, pushbutton magic systems prevelant in fantasy games today. I have always felt the religion, the cultures, and the way the world is presented is just plain better than any other role playing games.
But, I just dont care for Glorantha. I'm sorry please don't ban me from the group, but I think all fantasy worlds, Middle Earth, Midkemia, and Glorantha are derived from fantasy earth. In effect they are shadows of the real epics were part of heroic cultures in places like Ancient Greece, Ireland, and the Norse countries.
That is why it is so sad to see these excellent fantasy earth games like Slaine and now Conan being developed for other systems. These games would be so much better with the Herowars system. So my question is; will there be fantasy earth fantasy earth campaigns for Hero Wars?
