This will depend on who/what Destor is, and what myth the power comes from. Exactly the same analysis applies.

• There has to be an obstacle - a mundane Jumping ability still beats it in a free-space jumping contest.
• As more general magic it's not as usefull for leaping trees as specific Tree Leaping magic would be, so it often gets appropriateness penalties.
• Create a myth, that should help narrow down the definition of an obstacle and give you more narative 'traction' on it.

Streight of, I'd say that an object you could easily walk around isn't realy an obstacle. A wall would count, but a standing stone or solitary tree wouldn't as it's not realy obstructing anything. The myth can illuminate that point.
