I believe Waha for men and Eritha for women. It seems to say this in the core HQ rules.
I assumed that some spririts (for instance Zola Fel) would be independents rather than part of the Praxian tradition. I wouldn't see a problem with a shaman following two independent spirits; the rules even seem to say a shamen would be likely to know more than one spirit. But I wouldn't take any of that as gospel our group is just converting to HQ.
