That's seems clear to me !

Well, let's try an example:
Mr. Wizard of Makabeus finds a Grimoire, from another school (let's 
say from Sir Ethilrist wizard's school).
He can't link this Grimoire (because of the 10M6 of the Saint's 
Plane, and because the Ethilrist nexus is probably protected).
But, having the Grimoire in hand, he can try to learn and link 
spells from it to his talisman.

Am I right ?

Linking a new spell is possible if someone (or something) teachs you the spell. The difficulty is 10M3. But inventing a totally new spell should need a Heroquest, shouldn't?
