Try this for size.

IIRC Androgenous is a Hero(ine) and is detailed in DLoD, Hero Wars specifies broad ranges for heroic level abilities (w3?). Also check out Harrek in RQ Compendium (?) for his RQ stats. Do the same for a few stickpickers (which should have the low level campaign ratings from chapter 2) and a few in between (Sun County personalities, Coders) and graph it.
