I didn't know of that case: very evocative example, for some reason I
can't quite put my finger on.
Tangentially I'm reminded of another instance also involving the Dutch:
the 'Lockerbie trial', which took place within the borders of the
Netherlands, but on 'Scottish soil', by such an agreement. (Not just
Generic British, notice, but Specifically Scottish...)
