Compared to what? Did you produce stats for any known Heroes using the same rating scale? We know from HQ what mastery levels a famous Hero or Superhero possesses (10w3+ for a famous Hero, 10w4+ for a Superhero). So give your guy something equivalent.
If you have no idea what "a skill of 355%" means relative to anything else, I can't help you here.
