Scott Mathis, AKA Scripty on The Forge, has been doing a lot of work in coming up with a generic conversion system for taking D&D stuff as published, and converting it to HQ system for play. It's a very different take from the other conversions that I've seen so far. Instead of working from the HQ principles into describing the D&D world, it starts with the D&D stats, and converts them to HQ stats for purposes of rolling.
What this does is allows one to use the D&D materials directly by just doing the conversion on the character sheet.
Not for everyone, but might be interesting for some.
