improvising feats

Swords group use it a *lot*. Including doing the improvisation on the hero-plane, so you can cement the feat.

Sometime we just all agree that "that's an obvious thing for Humakt to be able to do", other times we write the myth behind it. Looking through the character sheet, I can see six feats on mine that weren't there at the start of play.

I think the next interesting stage is for a Devotee who's cemented a Feat to start teaching it to other Devotees, and even initiates. After all, this *is* how people learn feats - from devotees who already know how to do them. So why not your own ones, as well as the standard list?

We haven't done this yet, we're still looking for ways of distinguishing our characters rather than making them more alike. (All warriors? Too easy! We're all in the same Humakti sub-cult!)
