Though it would seem more reasonable for them to respect you more for seeing reason and accepting Orkarl's position than if you'd gone down "fighting" with more and more spurious arguments. So I'd say 0 AP, not -30 or so. Assuming of course that your opponent accepts your surrender! They might go for a coup de grace, or something.
