Oh come on, it's not as bad as Traveller 1st Ed.:

GM: "Okay, let's roll up our characters!"

Player 1: "Great a Soldier, cool! ... Bummer, he died."

Player 2: "A Scout. I can get a ship, cool! ... Crap, he died."

Player 3: (well, you get the idea)
