There's quite a few named ones that give an effect you just couldn't get from a generic affinity. "Run on treetops", "run on snow", things like that. Either the things support you, or they don't. If you're using the right feat for the job, it's 14 resistance: if you're using "agile" with an augment from the affinity, more like 10W2.
