Yes, the swapping depends a lot on personal taste I think. The point though is that the impersonal can be fun and can, in terms of a game, be quite personal, seeing as you are setting it up as an adversary to the heroes. I reckon you should give it a go - maybe throw a runaway Jolanti into your game as a step on the way :)
