The Lunar system should count as an entirely different magic than any other (Animism, Theism, Sorcery, Dragon, Troll, Chaos, Mysticism...).
As far as the usage of the terms "Pagan" and "Heathen", they were meant to always represent "Theist" and "Animist" respectively.
