But they might die if they ran the marathon after four days of forced
marches, a series of skirmishes, a major battle, and... well... it
was a busy day. And then there's the environmental modifiers - I
spent a fair bit of time doing archaeology in the Med. Its nasty in
the summer with quite a few of the crew being hospitalized from the
strain.
