Jane's encounter with the friendly spirit made me wonder what it takes to
start a heroband of spirits that can be contacted by a heroband of
practitioners. I.e. a practice using a bunch of friendly spirits contacted
over a time somehow attached to the group of people, their activities, or
their home(s).
At some time, that would probably include visiting the spirit world, but
what else?
And does it necessarily take a shaman?
