The Coming Storm emerges from the desire to re-boot the Red Cow setting with HQ2.0, the Sartar Book etc. I chose to set it 20 years after the pdf on the web site, partly as a nod to Mr Dumas but also because that put me post the Dragonrise and into the Hero Wars. I wanted to play a game set during the conflict for Dragon Pass, not the Lunar Occupation, as I felt that was a setting we had 'played out' in our group.
