Carmanians are follows of the Sacred Laws of Karmanos. They are also the
ruling class of western Peloria. Only an ignorant easterner, such as a
fully qualified* Buserian scholar, would use the term "Carmanian" to
include the subject peasantry.
- Being fully qualified, the Buserian would put greater store in the
contents of ancient Dara Happan books than the evidence of his own ears
and eyes, and certainly more than the protestations of the Carmanians
themselves. What would they know!
