      Presumably some kind of entangling ability usable against shades or something. But its far from clear, and this is a Bad Thing IMO. There is a place for Cool Ambiguity, but a rulebook ain't it.

     You won't get any argument from me. Compared with some other problems, it would be pretty easy to fix too, as it isn't even a rules issue per se.
