Not really. It'd be a horrible shape, I'd guess, and with the system I proposed, it would give a very small chance of a crit (TN/400).
Methinks this verges into the hypothetical, however. ;-) (Though then again, haven't d7's, d30's, and d16's all plagued us in recent years?)
